This group is one the most sought after party bands in the Northeast. Versatility, energy, youthfulness, and natural chemistry are the keys to Unity’s success. They have an uncanny ability to bring life and excitement to any party. Members of Unity have performed all over the world with a cast of diverse artists, including Brian McKnight, Natalie Cole, James Taylor, Tony Bennett, Harry Belafonte, Missing Persons, Mark Wahlberg, New Kids on the Block, Funky Bunch and Bob Dylan sideman, Al Kooper.

Music Style

Hailed as one of Boston’s leading party bands, Unity’s style is sharp and cosmopolitan, embracing each room they play with an undeniable energy. Repertoire includes a broad range of styles including Current Dance Top 40, Vintage Soul/Motown, Hip Hop, Jazz/Swing, Reggae, Rock, 80’s Pop, Funk/R&B, Latin and ethnic specialty songs. This band covers some of the best party music from the 40s, 50s, 60s, 70s, 80s, 90s, 2000, 2010, etc.

Configuration

7-pieces. Dynamic Front Male and Female lead vocalists, Saxophone, Guitarist/vocalist, Keyboard, Bass/vocalist & Drums. The band also travels with a designated live sound engineer to insure perfect volume and balance for any venue. For that extra “push over the top” this band can add extra horns and/or an exciting Latin percussionist.
